Wayne Cotton, CLU has worked in the insurance and financial services industry for 35 years. Wayne started by developing systems for use with his own clients and he was a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Court of the Table or Top of the Table for 21 of his 28 years in the field. In Wayne's top production year, he produced MDRT nine times in 65 selling afternoons and conducted a hundred industry talks and seminars. For more than 20 years, Wayne has been developing client acquisition and productivity training systems for the insurance and financial services industry. He has been a significant industry contributor and has given over 1,000 industry talks and workshops covering Canada, the USA and 16 countries worldwide. He has been a featured speaker at countless company conventions, marketing schools, sales congresses and annual meetings of several industry organizations, including CAIFA, NAIFA, LAMP and the Million Dollar Round Table. Many insurance and financial service companies have implemented systems and tools that Wayne developed including TIPS™ - The Integrated Productivity System™, TAPS™ - The Agency Productivity System™, CareerView™, BaseFlow™ and most recently, the Cotton Client Acquisition System™. Wayne is a frequent contributor of articles for Advisor Today.
