Cotton Systems Ltd. was established in late 2003 by Wayne Cotton, CLU. The organization designs, develops and delivers client acquisition systems for financial advisors and insurance agents in the financial services industry. The primary system, the Cotton Client Acquisition System™ was published in 2003 to help advisors to:

Create a consistent flow of new prospective clients on a referral only basis
Pre-approach new prospects using the personal power of the referrer
Generate amazing phone call to appointment results even with Do Not Call
Open cases easily using self-discover questionnaires with prospective clients
Arrange next meetings at the right location with the right people and papers.


The new Cotton System has specialty tools and training for several markets, including basic protection, middle income, property and casulty, financial planning and business markets. The system has Advisors Guides and full CD-ROM training.

Over the past 20 years, more than 25 insurance companies, fraternal organziations and broker-dealers have launched the Cotton System in their organizations. The new company, Cotton Systems Ltd., has implemented a fully integrated business infrastructure to provide online self-serve business processes for the benefit of financial advisors, general agents and managers and Home Office clients who wish to use the products developed by Wayne .


Cotton Systems provides systems and tools for newer producers, established advisors, and training for management teams. Wayne Cotton speaks at company conventions and industry meetings and consulting services for Home Offices.

Wayne was a qualifying member of MDRT, Court of the Table or Top of the Table for 21 of his 28 years in the field. He has given over 1,000 industry workshops and presentations. Wayne has been developing systems that work for over 30 years.
