Note: The Cotton System was developed by Wayne for his own use in his own practice. He started developing the system over 35 years ago. Initially it was designed to help Wayne solve his own problems in his own career as an advisor. He perfected the process over several years that included incessant research, thousands of experiments and corresponding edits. The philosophies, processes, techniques and tools were essential to his professional success. At first, Wayne had no intention of sharing his system with others.
But then something happened that changed the course of Wayne’s future. He was invited to share his successes with other advisors at insurance schools, which led to company conventions and industry association meetings.
Other advisors kept coming to Wayne for advice and soon they were encouraging him to publish the system, including the tools and to create a training program for other advisors and their success. The rest is history. Wayne enjoyed helping others become more successful. That impact opened his vision to a much larger contribution he could make to our industry, to management teams, to financial advisors and especially to their clients and ultimately their beneficiaries.
